About The Author
Alexis Ahrens is a former elementary school teacher and current write-at-home mom. When her son, Lucas, was born, she created this book because she needed to restore a bit of order to her chaotic and sleep-deprived life as a new mother.
With the use of her notes, her son soon began sleeping through the night and loving his daytime naps, giving her the freedom to take up some of her former hobbies, like sleeping and showering.
Plus, she now has a record of all of his early milestones that will one day make it into the official baby book.
