"I started using Baby's Little Log Book when my daughter was 12 weeks old. I originally started using it to keep track of sleep patterns...my baby wasn't sleeping through the night and I needed to get her into a better sleep schedule before returning to work. By tracking her sleeping and eating schedule every day I started to see patterns and was able to get her onto a regular schedule.

I've used the book every day since then (my daughter is now 9 mos old). My Au Pair logs my daughter's eating, sleeping, and milestones in the log book. The first thing I do when I get home from work is read the log book so I can catch up on what I missed of my daughter's day. We also log key milestones and new foods so later I can neatly write these in her baby book.

Looking back, I wish I'd used it from birth, and for my first child (it really would have helped me remember things!).
